Starting up a new online business can be as easy or as difficult as you make it. The key to everything including starting a new venture is planning and more planning. What are your goals, how much monthly budget do you have for promotion and do you need to learn new skills to be successful?

Before you start make sure you are doing it for the right reasons as they say “what’s your why” and be prepared to  be in for the long slog most businesses online may be painted as an easy win but in reality they take time like any business. Make a plan for 1, 3 and 6 months and include points such as how much time will you give to your business and how will you finance it, will it be savings, a loan or from your current salary if you are working alongside your new venture. If you are using finance its always worth checking on the FCA to make sure you are using a reputable lender.

Get the support of your immediate family and explain what it is you are doing, if it is network marketing most people do not understand so its worth going through how the business works.
